Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PlanePaper website and the Ply intake assistant (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. Engagements for paid work — the AI Brand Audit, a System Sprint, or an Operating Partnership — are governed by a separate signed agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes: to learn about our work, to talk to Ply about your business, and to book an audit. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to break, overload, scrape abusively, or probe the Site or the assistant for vulnerabilities, and no submitting unlawful or infringing content.

The Ply assistant

Ply is an automated intake assistant. It exists to understand your business and route a genuine enquiry — it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and its responses can be incomplete or wrong. The only price Ply is authorised to quote is the $1,500 AI Brand Audit; everything else is scoped in writing. Do not paste secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data into the assistant.

Our content & marks

The Site's text, design, the PlanePaper name, the fold mark, and other brand assets are owned by PlanePaper and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for ordinary fair use such as quoting with attribution.

Your IP in engagements

This is a promise we make loudly elsewhere, so we'll state it here too: in a paid engagement, the systems we build for you are your intellectual property, on the terms of your signed agreement. You can take them in-house whenever you want. The details — assignment, license-backs for our reusable tooling, and so on — live in that agreement.

No guarantee of results

We describe outcomes honestly and we don't publish invented numbers. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of a specific business result. AI search behaviour depends on factors outside any vendor's control, and your results will depend on your market, your product, and your execution alongside ours.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and tools (for example a scheduling provider). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, PlanePaper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to it (typically zero).

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & contact
