Privacy Policy

Last updated · 16 June 2026

PlanePaper Pvt. Ltd. ("PlanePaper," "we," "us") builds and operates AI systems for founder-led companies. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and the Ply intake assistant, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you talk to Ply, our intake assistant, or book an audit, you may share your name, email, company, and a description of your business and its bottlenecks. We collect what you choose to type — nothing more.

Conversation content. Ply's messages and your replies are stored so we can follow up on a genuine enquiry and improve the intake experience. A short recap of a completed conversation may be sent to our internal team channel.

Technical information. Like most sites, our hosting provider records standard request data (such as a hashed IP address used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention). We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural profiles.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule the audit you requested.
  • To operate, secure and rate-limit the Ply assistant and this site.
  • To improve our intake and our service, in aggregate.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversation with Ply to train third-party foundation models.

AI processing

Ply is powered by a third-party large-language-model provider. Your messages are sent to that provider solely to generate Ply's replies during your session, under their applicable data terms. We send only what you type into the assistant.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business — for example hosting, data storage, scheduling, and our LLM provider — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Intake conversations are retained for up to 90 days unless they become part of an active client relationship, in which case we keep them for the life of that engagement plus any period required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour valid requests under those laws.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as we'd want ours treated.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be made clear here.
